²⁶ With the pure You show Yourself ^(A)pure,
And with the crooked ^(B)You show Yourself ^[a]astute.
²⁷ For You ^(C)save an afflicted people,
But ^(D)eyes which are lifted up, You bring down.
²⁸ For You ^(E)light my lamp;
Yahweh my God ^(F)illumines my darkness.
